Teaching Phrases

Featured Replies

What would you say would be the most important phrases to an English teacher. I was taught never to speak English in Clasc, but in practice found that i would have liked to have known some. DSo you think I should use any? and if so what?

Cheers

I am slightly confused. Do you mean Thai phrases that are useful?

How about..

"Sit down, shut up and open your books"

That's a phrase I've never known any students to understand.
