I am in need of either a wet nurse or a breast milk bank to assist in the feeding of our newly arrived twins. We are having problems with supply. I have not been successful finding a resource to locate women willing to donate their breast milk or possibly sell it for a small fee.

Does anyone know if there is a breastfeeding advocacy group in Thailand similar to those in the West that could help put me in touch with women who could assist with this?
