French Resident caught up in Necklace Snatch in East Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday Afternoon in front of the offices of Pattaya One News, a necklace snatch occurred. The victim was Mr. Christian Prajoux aged 60 from France who was assisted by Howard Miller from Pattaya One News who called in the Police who began a search of the area for the Thai Male suspect aged around 25. He was described as wearing a red shirt with black jeans and it is thought he was following the victim from his home in Soi Kow Noi

Will someone be a dunce if the get their B300,000 watch stolen?. Will someone be a dunce if their 4 million baht car gets stolen?, or their nice looking house gets broken into?

Is a girl a dunce if she wears some attractive clothing and gets raped ?...

Crime is only ever a single persons fault, and that is the person committing the crime, the other party is simply innocent of everything except a little naivety when heading into certain areas.

I don't want to call anyone a dunce... But why would anyone wear flashy (expensive) baubles when roaming around crime central. That is what I cannot understand.

Give the man a break 30K baht of gold is not a lot, less than an ounce (or 2 Baht), a modest necklace for most European males. You might like to look like trailer trash but not everyone likes that look for themselves.
