My landlord came by today and enlarged my outdoor water tank.

He's been at the water office and they told him "No government water until October"

I assume that is if we have 3-4 weeks of solid rain between now and then?

If not, then what will the Water Office/Government do? The storage water underground is surely also running out rapidly. :whistling:

Remember the song "water, water every where, not a drop to drink" by Tommy Steel? I think we would need rain from now until Christmas to be able to get full Government Water again. Even the undergrowth up the mountains is very dry and I must admit I worry that some Plantationer is going to burn his rubbish and set the whole dam_n mountain on fire - what like happens in Aussie and Greece. I would have thought Samui Authority would have started put out warnings, because if it happens it will literally go like wild-fire and the whole Island could have a problem!
