I think that means True's QOS system is in truely bad shape.

Normally if you throttle bandwidth you should pump out a steady, slower speed. It seems True's speeds jump all over the place, with big pauses between bursts...

And to twist a bit more, I'm payng all of 845 Baht/month

Only thing they seem to have messed up is my upload speed. It seems they throttle me at 128 instead of 256

Price is not a problem as I am only paying 805 baht for the same on paper service but today is very abnormal. The quality is never that great, probably due to the catch servers they use, but speeds are normally a lot higher than today.
