I think it's further up towards Suk, opposite the petrol/gas station/car wash.

I think there are 4 completed houses and they probably complete a build if you are intrested and put up the money. I was there in April and security there is crap. They have a pool but nobody seems to use it. From what I saw, only 1 house is actually occupied full time.

I am not sure, but I could swear that it was started some 8 or more years ago. Skip it. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of adequate developments out there with out buying in a ghetto. House values will not go up there until all of the places are built and sold, and as you see, no one is buying in there.

Really, look elsewhere.
