jgm005
Eggs Benedict at the Madrid on Pat Pong 1 are pretty good. Sometimes hit or miss but overall not bad.

mausplan
If you want good and casual go to Kanom restaurant opposite Samitevej Hospital in Soi 49, over Sat and Sun. They are famous for their deserts but make a good Eggs Benedict .

A little oasis of calm in an otherwise busy area.
dddave
Agreed; then take advantage of any of the wide variety of activities available in the area, then return to Madrid late in the day for one of their delicious pizzas.
AliasJohn
Try Coffee Society on Silom road, same side as Pat Pong, down past Sala Daeng BTS just before Burger King on the way to Rama 4. It has the best Eggs Benedict ever! And the coffee is very good, can read the paper and watch the world go by.

At Bourbon Street they use a bearnaise sauce instead of hollandaise. It just isn't right. Edited July 9, 2010 by way2muchcoffee
Ulysses G.
I thought that the "hollandaise" sauce was not right. Now I know why.

I disagree; have made it a point to have a saturday breakfast of eggs benedict at Bourbon st. for many years; the hollandaise is a little spicy (NOLA style) which I like and it is always consistent. Will go out on a limb and try some of the other ones posted on this thread too
stickman
The Bangkok Baking Company at the front of the JW Marriott (NOT where the buffet is served from) does a very good eggs Benedict.
