3 Year Non B Visa

Recommended Posts

I just looked on the Thai Consul London page and saw the above mentioned and was just wondering if anyone had heard of it and previously applied for it based upon being self employed?

It mentions if your self employed you need to provide a copy of the business registration certificate. Does anyone know if your able to apply for the visa on the basis of intent to establish a company once your there in the same way that the consulate in Hull says you can with a 3 month Non-B visa if you have a lawyer/accountant to guarentee you? Or does the company have to be registered first and then apply for the visa?

Sorry if it i have made it more complicated than it needs to be!!!

Such a visa is issued to those living in UK who are required to make frequent business trips to Thailand. Believe an operating company is a requirement and that full particulars will be checked. It is not designed for those staying in Thailand.
