I am looking to rent straight away a rental property in Pattaya, all areas considered as long as they are not too far out.

This is for two people and we would like to rent for 2 months with a view to long term if property suited. It does not have to be flash, older property not a problem, but the two criteria's it must have internet and a balcony. Oh and not too high up either.
