Any chance you have a proxy set up? Could just be a fluke. Actually it could be to you advatage too.. Test out some sites that are blocked in Thailand. see if they let you through

Just tested myself: www.speedtest.net shows your real IP. (Or if you use a VPN then the VPN IP address). www.ipchicken.net shows the IP of your web proxy server.

So it seems you use a web proxy here in Bangkok, but you either have a VPN (or some corporate network?) with IP's whcih were originally assigned in Austria. (But don't read too much into it on the location - the systems are frequently wrong as they just take the location where the corresponce address was at the time the address were issued. Corp or real provider independent addresses can be moved.)
