HEAD CHEF We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who demonstrates a passion for cooking and has a strong desire to deliver impeccable food quality and consistency.For the right candidate, this is a fantastic, rare opportunity. As Head Chef you will have responsibility and accountability for: Management and training of the Kitchen Team Operational and Legal compliance Achieving quality and specification standards Stock control and management Menu development Achievement of GP and quality targets SOUS CHEF To operate and control the smooth running of a designated area in the kitchen and assist Head Chef in development and guidance of junior members of the team. We are looking for someone who is not scared to take on accountability and who takes ownership within the business as Sous Chef, thrives on the development of their team and is a keen motivator and trainer. You must have worked with fresh food and have experience in high volume, have great organisational skills and be service and standards driven. As Sous chef you will be expected to lead by example, maintain high standards at all times and achieve or exceed expectations. BREAKFAST CHEF The breakfast chef will be joining am ambious team and will be responsible for serving five star standard breakfasts. Our Restaurant requires a breakfast chef who is experienced in preparing, cooking to order and presenting a high quality breakfast menu. You will be responsible for preparing full breakfast menu's, taking care of their ordering and stock takes, liaising with the rest of the kitchen and front of house team in order to ensure a smooth quality breakfast service. BARTENDER The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a bar environment with a substantial knowledge of beers and spirits, delivering excellent standards of hospitality, ability to work under pressure, flexibility with the needs of the business and a good team working ethic. You must have previous experience as a bartender within hospitality Be efficient, organised and have excellent communication skills Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and able to deal with a wide range of customers in a professional manner Hold a high standard of personal presentation Be confident, professional and have a welcoming demeanour Have a good command of spoken English.
