Assuming that you're already in Pattaya, why not just spend a day visiting the various condos that interest you and looking at the notice boards? If you can't find a notice board, just ask for the condo office and enquire there. There are many, many rooms for rent in Jomtien, easy to find somewhere nice at a sensible price.
