We moved residence from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. So that is definitely a change of residence. The children also moved schools and they are on an ED visa. They are up for 90 day reporting soon. Question: Do I have to change the visa of the children or ...? what can/do I do?

It appears children are on extensions of stay rather than 90 day visa entry so suspect that ended when removed from Chiang Mai school and a new extension should be obtained for Bangkok. I hope they are under 15 as likely nothing happens - technically they may be overstay. Tell Immigration what the story is - they might just say wait until next extension of stay to change reporting office. I would get paperwork for new school and have ready.

Thanks so much for the quick reply lopburi. They are currently on NON ED for one year which will expire in Feb. They came in Thailand fr vacation in May. So they need to do the 90 day reporting soon. Yes, they are 12 and 8 yrs old. Ok. Do you know what paperwork I should ask the school for?
