Renting + Phone Line In Krabi Area

hi all,

i'm looking to rent a house in the krabi area... not so much in the town but more towards the beaches perhaps. and i'd really like to have a telephone line in that house. i've been driving around a little looking for such a place, but with no real results so far. i've also looked at posts in this forum, and tried krabiconsultans.com but they don't have very much going as far as renting goes... so i guess my questions are:

- does anyone know where i can look for such a house? who can ask? there are so many little roads around that i'm sure i can't see them all...

- is it possible to have a phone line installed? two house owners i talked to told me it's not a problem to get a phone installed. however, i heard from other people this may take two years or more!!!! :o
