Non B Visa From Laos

Have someone hande to get Non B multiple visa from Laos Vientane?

i try to search but didn find any information for that.

Most consulates in the region will not issue a multiple, they expect you to extend in country.

Penang and KL are known to issue multiple non-B's, but under conditions. See:

You can get a three month Non-B from Laos. Be sure to take your work permit with you, if you are unfortunate enough to still have to renew your visa whilst holding a WP.

same they told last year in Penang that no multiple non B´s from consulate, but they give it after all.

It look like sometimes consulate can make exceptions..but i dont try free shot this time so KL will be best option
