August 13, 201015 yr Does anyone know where I can find parchment paper for baking around Pattaya? Thanks, Mike Edited August 13, 201015 yr by ACMIKE
August 13, 201015 yr I'm guessing they'll have it at the bakery shop on the east side of Sukhumvit Road near the road that has the Naklua post office. If you come from the Naklua post office/weekend market road and turn south on Sukhumvit, the shop will be on your left side after you pass the next intersection. It's on a corner. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&ll=12.950611,100.905583&spn=0.008553,0.014055&t=h&z=16&msid=104496685729018530198.00048dad66391c0e15eaa Edited August 13, 201015 yr by Jimmyd
August 13, 201015 yr Got a new box this week in Tesco Lotus South as I had used my old one up ! (too many cakes!!)
August 13, 201015 yr Try Carrefour Pattaya, I bought Bakewell Siliconised Baking Parchment there when I was in Pattaya in March this year.
August 13, 201015 yr Makro should have it (BKK does), available in small or giant boxes. It's the ARO brand, works very well and reasonably priced.
August 13, 201015 yr Author Thanks for all the replies.....I went out to get a few things today and forgot my list and had forgptten about the parchment paper. I was in Tesco and Makro and didn't even think about it. I will hit the stores tomorrow....thanks for all the replies. Mike
August 14, 201015 yr Author The wife went out to Makro today and came home with some "paper", it's made in Taiwan and I haven't a clue whether it's parchment paper or not. It's shiny and smooth on one side and....well...it's like paper on the other. If anybody have a brand name so I am not so confused I would appreciate it. Edited August 14, 201015 yr by ACMIKE

It also comes in a much bigger box if you use a lot or need a wider size paper.
