next question, what happens now?

also when they were about to install this technology they said that it could only detect the vehicle not the driver so be sure you don't lend your vehicle to anyone. being innocent is no defence it seems so i am interested to know what happens in your case.

all the best.

Kirk. Are you sure its not telling you that you were in the wrong lane to turn right, Thats why you got the ticket. And yes i know people do it all the time but maybe the BIB are trying to stamp it out. '

I know my local BIB gets very angry when cars do it here at a big set of lights and actually pulls cars over or tells them to go up to the next u-turn biggrin.gif

Assuming you are the motorbike that is turning right from the outside, I guess just one question needs to be asked, is it a two lane right hand turn? If not, then you should have been behind the vehicle in front, not on the outside. Just a thought.

I got pulled by a policeman once who said I passed on a solid yellow line

it wasn't me, but a vehicle similar to mine that got back into the correct lane & went right by him

I was pretty ticked off, but ended up having to pay & he wouldn't take a bribe on the spot so it was a case of having to go to the g.d. police station to get my driver's license back, knob goblin blind f'in tard !

It is the same in most countries where parking tickets , speed cameras or red light cameras exist. The owner of the vehicle is charged unless he can produce the driver who must admit he/she was driving.
