If you are a Bangkok-area ex-pat business owner, or a legally employed ex-pat who is dissatisfied with the quality of the support that you are receiving - for accounting services, work permit and entry permit renewals, trademark registration, obtaining import/export licenses, virtual office support, and similar, you do not need to simply bite your tongue and live with shoddy service - not all "law offices" and business services providers in Bangkok operate at the same level of performance.

My company - the Indo-Siam Group - has recently been receiving a growing influx of "refugees" from other service providers - generally "shell-shocked" expats who have gotten fed-up with sloppy performance by their current law office or business services provider. Every word is correct. I have received sub-standard service in one firm, and was later helped by Indo-Siam. They might not have the cheapest rates - but surely the highest level of service I have seen so far.
