Training at the NRL's Cronulla' stadium was delayed nearly two hours this morning, after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the ground.

Initially the NRL team thought it was a prank!

Training was immediately suspended, while police and officials were called to investigate.

After a complete analysis, Australian Federal Police forensic experts determined that the white substance, unfamiliar to most of the players, was in fact, the goal line.

Practice will resume this afternoon after NSW Police and Australian Federal Police decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again.

NRL player was knocked out during a game and woke up in hospital the next day feeling terrible.

Said to a nurse "Ohhhhh did they bring me here to die?"

"Na" says the nurse "They brought you here yesterdie"
