A Swedish friend of mine told me that when KISS toured Germany they had to change the look of their name because the "SS" at the end looked too much like the infamous SS. I don't know what year he was talking about though.

They did right, changing the SS looking letters.

The generations, born after WWII, do not realize how much pain these 2 letters caused and still do so.

They were an evil symbol for Nazi Germany and the 2 letters in the KISS group look very similar*

I don't know anything about Mr Sarrazin. What is his medical background/education that qualifies him to make a statement regarding genetics?

Thank you for the references. According to the links provided Mr. Sarrazin has no medical background. Therefore his comments regarding genetics do appear to be centered upon the past Hitler-based Arian superiority garbage.

german government employees are not entitled to any severance packages. best case scenario for him is that he gets his present entitlements till his official retirement (which is due any time as he is age 65).

correction: Sarrazin has an employment contract till 2014, his present salary is €154,800 p.a.

Thilo Sarrazin's stance has divided opinion Germany

A German banker at the centre of a row over comments he made about immigration and race has agreed to stand down, the country's Central Bank has announced.

Thilo Sarrazin, a board member of the Bundesbank, will leave his post at the end of this month.

He has said that Jews "share a particular gene" and has accused Muslims of failing to integrate.

Chancellor Angela Merkel was among several leaders who called for his removal from the board.
