Mouth-Guard In Jomtien/Pattaya?

Anyone know where I can pick up a mouth-guard, as used in many sports, such as these?

I want to use one in a home teeth whitening kit, but don't want to spend 2000 baht for a custom made piece.

Back home we have many kits available (with a mouth piece) on the shelves at Wal-Mart, but I haven't seen any here in Thailand.

Long ago I saw a complete kit on the shelves of Boots in Royal Garden.

Good to hear that one has been spotted at some point in time....so at least they did/do exist.
