wolf5370 Posted November 22, 2010 Share Posted November 22, 2010 Just a quick update. I just got a call from my lawyer and I won the case in Chiang Mai Court !!! So im officially daddy now =) We did go with the adoption (gives automatically custody). Still have to wait for some weeks with all the paper work but the case is won!!! thanks to Khun Akarawath and his crew! Excellent news - very happy for you both - flying in the eye for all those who continually say farangs can't get a fair hearing against Thais here! I still need to write thesis, the courses I finished.... longtime ago. I just extended my current rent agreement to June 2015 so no intention to go anywhere anytime soon... next thing is to apply EU citizenship to my daughter so that might take us there for sometime though.
