I miss rollerblading in lord Stanley's park on a summers day (anyone seeing the beautiful women in Vancouver esp in the summer might agree;) or skiing huge bumps at Whistler in the spring, whilst derailing those annoying "fashionista" snowboarders right over a cliff AND my family... :D

July 22, 200520 yr Good Mexican food. Reasonably priced wine. Water you can drink from the tap. More variety of films at the movie theaters. Chinese food varieties that are available in the US that are not widely available in Thailand.

Unfortunately, the traffic in the park on a sunny day would make me homesick for BKK!

H would cook me up a steak and kidney pie, or mince meat sometimes, that he bought over in Hua Hin, and we´d sit and chat for hours. Those pies were brilliant. Actually, shortly before I left, I heard that the original Pie makers were selling their business to someone else... This is a bout a year and a half ago. ANybody know somehting?
