Just wondering if anybody is going to the Thai Festival on 24th July at Battersea Park :-

If so, can you take a digital camera, and take loads of pics, and put them on this site, as I can't make it there, and would like to see some pics :o

If somone has to cross germany, :o

you`ll find another Thaifestival in Bad Homburg, at

the 30.th and 31 th of Juli, at the Thai Sala in the Kurpark.

The Thai Sala is about 100 years old, and is a present of King Rama V,

WELL IN MY FRIEND, MANY THANKS

I went to the Thai fesival at Secrets Farm, Guilford, a couple of years ago. It was a great day out, with lots going on. I recommend it to anyone.

The Trafalgar Sq one was good last year. The Battersea one was less so. I won't go back if I have to pay £3+ to get in just for the right to queue for ages to eat/drink (awful service all round), then sit in the sun with hardly any shelter. Just felt like exploitation to be honest.

This thread is 4 years old btw!
