Richb2004v2 Posted September 12, 2010 Share Posted September 12, 2010 This may have been mentioned before as they have been there a while, but what the h*ll are the huge bill boards along the highway into Pattaya supposed to mean? They each have one word and a number. I forget them all but one says 'Complain' another 'information'. They are a bit vague for the average tourist.
