I have just been looking at the CAT web site to try and find the access code for Voice over IP and the list of countries that they support for the service. (009)

1. The page is largely in Thai and the English button only comes up as last thought

after a long download on a slow line.

2. The payment page just times out.

3. The download page for the eForm has in invalid url

Not a very good example for the International side of Thailand's telecommunications industry.

No wonder their url is www.cattelecom......

They are like cattle, buffaloes.

site seems to work fine, however, they are doing work on the site.
