Hi, I'm over 50 and have a company here in Thailand which owns my house in Jomtien. I'd like to get the retirement visa, but here in Immigration I was told I should have a Non-Immigrant visa to start with. So which place is the best, Kota Baru or Penang ? Someone has said you can get a 6 month or even 1 year Non-Imm in those places. If I have the 800,000b in the bank, its that also OK for my wife who is a Filipina ?
