G-Net Phone?

kk...I just bought a G-Net G802 phone...when I plug it into the computer it says the USB drive wont work...my iPhone works when I use the same USB drive. Do I need to install drivers to be able to use it? If yes, then which ones for the G-Net phone.

Second, how would I go about calling the US from Thailand?
