Low Cost Shipping Method From Th To Vietnam

I need to ship about 50 kgs of personal goods from BKK to Saigon. Can anyone suggest some low-cost ways to do this?

I've sent stuff by EMS before but never 50kgs weight at one time.

Probably best for you to check out unaccompanied baggage at Swampy before you fly to HCMC.

We used Thai air to fly 45kg of stuff for our business to HCMC, just the items, no passengers. This cost us in the region of 3400 Baht for the 45 kg.

Thailand Post is supposed to have an international parcel post services also but i can't find anything about it on their website.
