bueno, a ver que tal van las classes...

Just watched  Top of the Pops on BBC prime where they had a fantastic retro-spective of former acts.  Not one of them were lyp syncing, oddly enough (or at least nowadays that is odd).

The Who with Keith Moon:) "we won't get fooled again", T Rex "get it on",  Moody Blues and on and on.

The key 'present day' act was "West Life" with yet another insipid, whining, boy band drivel number which was lyp synced and induced vomitting 

Makes one really appreciate the energy, originality and passion of the bands of old. Are original music & pure passion a thing of the past???

Actually, that was "Sounds of the 70's" that followed TOTP. I thought it was an excellent episode too - nice to see Keith Moon in action and to hear the Moody Blues singer (forgotten his name). The Stones and Faces were on too. (Much better than last weeks episode when they showed Gary Glitter - what a bunch of dick heads there are at the BBC).

But what really annoys me is that the BBC appear to have thrown away lots of the 60's recordings of TOTP, along with many of the classic (well, NOW they are considered "classic") TV series. Morons.
