I've always wanted a pair of knee high leather boots but my calves are very muscular and I've never been able to find boots that go up to my knee. I've seen some places here that make shoes and boots, usually with tailors, so I'm soliciting advice on where would be a good place to go to get good quality leather boots. Thanks!

At the Thaniya & Suriwong intersection on Suriwong road, there are two different shops, Tony Leather and Siam Leather and both are recommended by a friend of mine. I have not tried it, but he was happy-- he had pretty good quality, mens business shoes, totally custom made for a size 13 was 4k.

Tony leather will also custom fit some of their ready made shoes, but not sure about boots,

I'm sorry, but the phrase "made-to-order boots" conjures up a certain image in my mind

As in the song

"these boots were made for walking"

and these were made to order.
