BaanOz Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 When I went to the German Country Place in Ransit a couple of weeks ago someone ordered this dish and I tried it without asking what it was. Seemed a bit crunchy but was nice enough. Found out later it was chicken cartilage dipped in egg/breadcrumbs and fried ...with a few added chillies! I always crunch the end bit of the chicken leg but this sort of turned me off, don't know why! Maybe it was the thought of some kitchen hand picking of the cartilage off each leg Anyone else tried it? Cheers BaanOz
