Why are there no rooms facing east yet each floor seems to have an entire rear section facing east with no rooms there? So what happened and what's in all that space on each floor?

That whole place creeps me out after all the talk of the basement and the cracks in the supports, which have now been covered up by steel plates.

It was originally designed to be 2 towers.

Maybe the second will be to the east so there will be no view except into the rooms opposite?
