October 12, 201015 yr Pasta cafe, From Nimman road, go down soi 5 almost until the end and is on your left. It is a nice house with a garden. Obviously, I can recommend the Pasta, Lasagna etc... For the prices, 120 to 150 a dish, down to below hundred for soups etc... Friendly owners and good service... On another note, many Good Japanese restaurants, among them, Rico de Rica, but I don't remember the exact soi... good luck
October 13, 201015 yr It is impossible to select one dish at any restaurant, it all depends on what you like, but there are so many places in the Nimmanhaein area & the adjacent soi's. Here is a small selection. Hong Tauw Inn: opposite the Amari Rincome Hotel - Thai cuisine La Gritta: at the Amari Rincome Hotel - Italian cuisine Cafe de Nimman: at Rooms complex nr Soi 17 on Nimmanhaemin - Thia cuisine Khun Churn: in Soi 17 Nimmanhaemin - Thai vegetarian cuisine Khun Mhor: in Soi 17 Nimmanhaemin - Thai cuisine, esp Sai Oua Kantary Hills Hotel: in Soi 12 Nimmanhaemin - steak bar 200 metres down Huay Kaew Road from the Amari Rincome Hotel (direction town) in the first soi on the left side of the road is Le Gong Kum - Vietnamese cuisine Coffee shops abound, Doi Tung opposite the Amari Rincome is my favourite & Doi Chang at Rooms is also good.
