I've a Non imm O based on marriage, not an extension of stay.

what happens if you divorce is the non o cancelled and you have to leave thailand immediatly or can you stay until the date stamped in your passport?

Divorce will not effect a visa 90 day entry.

Thank you very much, do you know if it effects the rest of the visa?

Can I keep using it or not?

thanx again

Yes you can continue to use a multi entry as there is no current check as to status or reason for issue involved in the entry/exit process.

The actual non-immigrant visa is marked as category "O" for "Other'. Nowhere does it give the reason for issue; married, retirement, visiting family, medical treatment etc. The visa is valid until it expires or is used for entry into Thailand.
