TRIPxCORE Posted December 2, 2003 Share Posted December 2, 2003 While in Bangkok recently I overheard a couple of British chaps discussing this island they went to for a visa run. It was a Burmese island which you can take a boat to from Thailand and on the island there is a nice resort and casino. They were mentioning it was a nice place to make a run and that they actually enjoyed going there as opposed to other places. Anyone know any specifics about it? A bus from the Bangkok Southern Bus terminal to Ranong on a VIP32 costs around 750 Baht return, it takes 8 hours. J Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
