Assistant Pub/Restaurant Manager

For a popular and well established European style pub/restaurant/bar and live music venue in downtown Bangkok, are we now looking for an assistant manager with the following requirements:

* M/F Thai national

* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must

* Computer literate

* 3 to 5 years experience in similar position

* Outgoing with initiative, self starter

* Good anticipation of customer needs

* Problem solver

* Experience with touchscreen POS system

* Good sense of humor, pleasant personality

* Able to work long hours, weekends and a 6 day work week

* Good responsibility and self-control

* Able to work unsupervised and report to superior

* Basic knowledge of Western food, taste and presentation

* Knowledge of kitchen operation

* "Can do" attitude
