Nakhon Si Thammarat, Apartments And Condos

I would like to have some information about apartments and condos in Nakhon Si Thammarat, up to 10.000 Baht per month. Any suggestions ?

Apartments are Thai style, starting at B2,000/month. No condos. Decent houses start at around B5,000/month.

Nothinhg wrong with apartments... There are some very nice looking hotel rooms around town that cost about 3500pr. month Electricity is more expensive than a house...

You can find some nice/ok houses for 5000b but then you have to look. If you up the price level to your budget 10000, you can get some very nice stuff...

My suggestion is that you come down here. Find an apartment, and then go looking for a house in some of the moobaans that we have here. Maybe they do not all fit your specs... and Location might be important to you...
