Try Gt-Rider website, and you find more info. on travel in SE Asia. If you bike is resgister in your name, it wouldn't pose any problems as long as you have your proper visa, too, some countries like Malaysia, and Thailand you would have to buy additional insurance ( you can buy it at the border).
