MIDDLE EAST AIRLINE:

Gulf Air to introduce Bangkok-Dublin service as part of regional hub plan

BANGKOK: -- Gulf Air will introduce a new service from Bangkok to Dublin as part of its move to develop Bangkok as its regional hub.

According to John Evans, Gulf Air’s general manager for Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Burma, the new service to Dublin means passengers can fly Gulf Air from Bangkok to Bahrain to transfer onto a direct flight to Dublin.

Flyers from Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur can also use the route through Bangkok, he said.
