Delight
The Condo(which is about 3 and a half years old) where I own an apartment started out life as a Limited Company. In fact my contract was with this limited Company. Shortly after it was opened its status changed to that Of a 'Condominium Juristic Person''. At the time no condo owner was advised of this change. The condo is now completely free of this limited Company and the associated condo builder. A new manager was installed. A deposit of 126000 baht was given to the electricity supplier by the Limited Company just before the condo was opened. As a Condominium Juristic Person the same electricity supplier requires a deposit of 63000 baht The directors of the original limited Company are about to claim the 126000 baht back from the electricity supplier and intend to keep it all. Can they do this ?Does anybody know the legal position?
