East Pattaya Robbery, they didn’t come in through the bathroom window

PATTAYA: -- A thief or thieves with suspected local knowledge managed to enter and rob the house of the mother of a local cable television journalist while she was upcountry. Police were called to a house on an estate in Soi Kow Noi in the East of Pattaya and were shown an open safe which they were told had contained 40 baht in gold, worth around 800,000 baht. The theft took place sometime after Thursday and prior to Sunday evening when the mother returned from her upcountry trip.
