Sorry zircal ,it is useless. It lists no services to korat ,Khon kaen or Udon Thani. which are the 3 biggest cities in the north east,. Khon kaen has 3 operators ,offering both 1st. class and V.I.P. They list buses as 1st.class V.I.P.They are in fact 2 different classes . They are either 1st.class OR V.I.P.. There is also a class known as Chan 4, which maybe called superior to V.I.P.. Surin also ,not listed has both 1st class and V.I.P. Too many errors and omissions ,to give a reasonable understanding.Sad isn't it?

Has anyone here actually written or spoken to the TAT top people about this poor bus info and ticketing services ?

If not, I can volunteer to see them personally in my next visit to Thailand, provided, of course, they are willing to meet and accept my suggestions.

Can someone arrange a meeting ?
