TT&T Maxnet office location in PTY? Furthermore, my condo already has been wired for TT&T Maxnet, is there any reason I should avoid this company? I'm here on a Tourist visa, are they strict about paperwork?

As a foreigner in Pattaya you will have to pay for 6 months service in advance with 3B. This requirement only applies to foreigners and is a policy in some provinces only.

There is a booth in Carrefor and also I believe and Office on Theprasitt. I did not have to pay anything up front with them, don't know if this was because I already had a phone. I pay for 5mb line and achieve this for download nearly all the time however upload can be very very bad, at times as low as 80k where the package says it should be 500K.

There's also and office in Carrefour. I have seen an office on Sukhumvit (I'm not sure that it's still there) and there use to be an office in Naklua. It's beem awhile since I last looked. I really hate TT&T anymore.

Yes no problem at all, slows a little late afternoon/early evening but otherwise good however as stated upload is rubbish. Normal download speed 650KB/sec equates to 5Mb occasionally see it past 6Mb
