Php/mysql Developers For Outsourcing

I've been stuck back in the UK for a year or so now but I'm looking to set up a web programming /design business here, and I'm looking for a small outfit who could tackle PHP/mySQL programming should I get a big job in. I've already tackled a 100 page job this year and it's too much for a 1-man operation. Plus I'd like to be able to offer programming work at Thai rates of pay.

Any programming shops out there up with spare capacity you'd like to offer?

I'll be in Thailand next month (probably) if anyone wants to meet up over it.
