Internet Marketing Manager

We are a young and dynamic mobile software company seeking an energetic and experienced Internet Marketing Manager who will lead and champion our marketing efforts. We are rapidly expanding our business and seek an individual who can quickly understand our business, our customers and our growth strategies, and who can develop and carry out successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

Job Duties:

• Propose new internet marketing strategies and create, analyze, measure and optimize online marketing programs to realize marketing goals.

• Analyze current and historical Analytics on an ongoing basis to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses, and provide business intelligence to upper management.

• Set the strategic vision for and the execution and evaluation of the day-to-day functions that support Internet Marketing programs.

• Entice existing customers to return to our websites, assisting in maximizing customer LTV using Relationship Marketing best practices.

• Analyze and optimize email marketing, messaging and targeting.

• Increase indexation and ranking of websites in major search engines using best-practices of white-hat SEO optimization.

• Oversee, optimize, and participate in our Social media channels.

• Manage regular reporting and tracking, and report metrics appropriately and flagging issues for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of blogs, email campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, SEM and online advertising.

• Be able to develop and manage budgets and metrics.

• Be able to understand and implement coding schemes for the purpose of tracking.

• Have an established record of proactively analyzing and reporting program performance, including competitive analysis.

• At least 5 years experience creating and successfully implementing marketing strategies.

• Fluent in English – you will be responsible for strategies in the USA and Europe.
