Greetings all. I have a good friend who is looking for a nice bungalow or similar near to Maenam. She is looking at places around the 10-12,000 a month mark. Any pointers or tips would be appreciated, Cheers :jap:

Sorry Jimmy forgot to mention. The girl works here so it is for long term rent. her business is based in Maenam near Bon Cafe so somewhere within easy access to there would be great. Cheers.

bungalows with communal swimming pool are availe in soi 2 in maenam at napatra house, she should be able to get a price of 6k baht per month for a bungalow with balcony, bedroom, mainroom, kitchen(small) and toilet/bathroom(hotwater) fully furnished and covered parking for vehicules.

so to go there you go to soi2 you go forward, after 800m you'll see a road going to the right to join soi3, don't take it, continue for 300 meters, just after the right angle turn on the left side is the place i'm talking about.
