MrSpike
I'm trying to find the cost per square metre of building a condo building, does anybody have any ideas or where to find out? Many thanks
Macnick
I would expect to pay between 20 - 30k per sqm. It will depend on where in Thailand you are building and the finishing specs of the final product
MrSpike
I was thinking Asoke Din Daeng near Fortune Tower and it would be of a spec similar to this http://www.housecondobangkok.com/index.php?mode=view-house-condo-bangkok&task=view-bangkok-condo&id=1649
rgs2001uk
Do you mean the whole complex, if so try here, http://translate.goo...AR5KcvOJeh6iZNg Dont know how up to date this is, but its a start. The land may cost more to buy than the condo costs to build. Edited November 26, 2010 by rgs2001uk
trogers
I was thinking Asoke Din Daeng near Fortune Tower and it would be of a spec similar to this http://www.housecond...k-condo&id=1649 That's a Grade C specification - similar to LPN Lumpini class. Yet more precise costing will depend on floor plans, elevations of the building, and soil conditions. Costing is only one side of the coin. The other is value of the completed space. If the design has many faults, value will not be optimum.
