The police have all these tools. Breatherliser, speed camera, powers to make peole wear helmets and arrest people for speeding but they do not do it. i am sorry or getting so wound up about donating to the police so i will be polite as possible. but the whole concept just seem to me completly riducalas. i am sorry this post is not ment to troll i just pointing out a fact. there are limites to what i can say so. enough said
