Featured Replies

Hello scouser...

It's me again Latt...I'm sure you remember me!!

I got Fiancee visa to uk and i already been there remember. But me and my boyfriend didnt get marry on that last visa....

So we both decide to get marraige here in Thailand and then apply for spouse visa.I'm worry again about the reason gonna give to them why i didnt marry the l;ast time...Soplease help me and give me the best advice...and what do you think about this answer.?

Why you didnt get marry in between 6 month on the last visa?

=Because me andmy boyfriend change our mind to get marry in thailand and to marry here is cheaper than in uk and we want to safe our money for buy the house in the futurealso...And also my boyfriend very busy at work on that time.So we didnt have time to organise everything....

So what do you think about this?Do you think it's good reason or not? Please if anyone got any good idea better than this so tell me...I'm been worrying that the officer will refuse my visa...Need help please as soon as possible.

Thanks to all.

Please need some great advice!!!!!!

i'm be waiting!!!!

Hi Latt,

If those are the reasons why you didn't get married last time, then, yes, tell them that. It is plausible and believable. However, the nagging doubt I would have is why you obtained a fiancée visa and then spent, if I remember correctly, only 1 month in the UK before returning to Thailand, leaving your fiancé in the UK. It is possible that the visa officer may infer from this a lack of intent to live permanently together. Again, if I recall, your fiancé lost his job. You could tell this to the visa officer and say that's why you didn't get married, but that he now has another job and show the evidence of this.

hello scouse...

Yes you're right that's my fiance' got problem with his job..He's work with his father and then he's got bit problems on that time. But now everything ok he's come back to work with his father again. So i dont know if the officer will understand that or not...

I'm still worrying what to say to them but we will try our best anyways.

Thanks alot.

from my experience, always, but, ALWAYS, tell them the truth. :o I have found them totally on the side British law but in my opinion they do not necessarily go out of their way to reject everybody. Latt do not be nervous or worried, you obeyed the laws and regulations last time, so that should stand you in good stead for this application. They believed you then, so be truthful and honest with them again this time and you will fly through. I said this before but, two thirds of last years applications were accepted, so the odds are good ......
